The pitch

  • Korian wanted to upgrade its France website, a product designed to present its activities to the general public.
  • The project team wanted to break with the existing site which presented the establishments as a large directory and did not offer a browsing experience in line with the rich commercial offering.

The project’s challenges

  • Offer a breakthrough design strategy in relation to the existing site: a vision focused on establishments to a customer centric vision.
  • Rethink the site’s path with and for the different users’ profiles.

Upstream of the project, we identified the need to meet existing and potential customers prior to the workshops in order to understand their needs in a contextualised manner. Visits in the field allowed us to record data crucial to the setting up of co-design workshops in which the user played a privileged role.

The emotional decryption of users implemented during these phases provided a large amount of material which was used in all the project’s phases.

The strategy was developed through the design of a relational interface, that helps users in all stages of their path to understand the offer and the list of associated services.
